Im 22 my girlfriend is 17 and is again on February 18 and is pregnant and our Baby The law has since mid-February, then displays a 21yrs, old illegal sexual act involving a 16yr child or minor is guilty of a misdemeanor or a Crime. DA doses of the house or yard are still showing interest in a 17-year-old who is about to turn 18 and has an adult 22 years of age. I talked to a mediation center and talking to them during the persons mentioned sevral the police station, Attornys Office District Attorney. and investigations and some said they probbaly file the complaint, and probably wouldnt see any action. What do you think would happen? d) Any person 21 years or more are involved in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 16 years, guilty of a misdemeanor or a felony punishable imprisonment in a county jail not more than one year or imprisonment in state prison for two, three, or four years
these were the question probably should have thought before the act does not mean. if their parents do not charge against it is unlikely that a reference to it. or, if you marry, while they do even at 17, then the law can not do anything about it. It is very likely to change the law because they are 22 and 17 is not yet 16. Increase in other words, the law is not the age of 16 and 17, just because they are 22 and 21 Does this make sense?
