Speeding and increased insurance ticket?
Hello, I just got a speeding ticket in Monroe County, New York that was issued Peru drivers license with me, my question is this: If I have a NY license is my ticket information will be transferred to that record? In other words, if I have a NY license and change to another insurance company will know that I have a ticket (and increase my premium) or I'll start with a new "clean" registration? Will they know I have a ticket if I have a license to NY? Do I have a record with my Peruvian license? Thanks …
Changing companies insurance has nothing to do with it. Any insurance company will check your driving record, so it gets hit with the charges anyway.
