Could I become a police officer in San Antonio, Texas with a criminal trespassing charge on my record?
I live in San Antonio, Texas. I am 20 years old. When I was 17 I got arrested for criminal trespassing for sneaking into my girlfriends room. I am now married to her and have a 1 year old son.
If you have a class B misdemeanor on your record, you have to wait 10 years before you can become an officer- That is State Law all over Texas. You will have to wait until you are 27.
