Does anyone know what is required to purchase foreclosed homes at government auctions in Texas?
Basically, I want to race down on what is happening and if the tax lien is just what happens to the holder of mortgage .. I have no idea how it works, but I know it is a property interest that will be auctioned in 1115 Congress in Houston, Texas, 5 / 6 and it seems to information is like pulling teeth! There is a first lien mortgages and second tax .. Imagine. I Research and job field is as much as I can and I came up with three separate trust, a law firm is nothing, no one in County Clerks office-employees "knew nothing found nothing .. Dead end, and another name that failed. HELP!
