Am I being sued foreign legal letter from outside the state court?
I just received documents from the circuit court saying that someone I know in another state is the plaintiff and the Director of Missouri Department of Revenue is the defendant. I'm not listed as a defendant in what I can see in the papers and looking for the case online. I do not even live in MO. However, I appears as the "vehicle of their titles." What the hell can this be and how i should proceed? Says something on "all paries to appear in person." I am very confused. sorry i intended to say that someone is not … out of state. I do NOT know the applicant.
