Clayton County Child Support

My husband.Got a TPO against me. I once received a monthly visit. Now, who had abandoned. Can I be charged?

I and my husband were married for 5 years .. We are still married until the divorce. We have two children together, 3 that are not yours, who lives with me. I had my youngest daughter with us for our one and half months. Do not let our oldest daughter to go. I went for a restraining order temporary, but was refused because he was the victim. I feel as though he had already pleaded guilty. The judge gave him one year. temporary custody with no child support for him or I was crazy because he could not get the support and neglect the children presented. He wrote a letter that was to take older children and not let you see it. I feel I still have way to control me. I can not help Legal to represent me, because its what he represents. I can not even afford a lawyer. I need some advice on what I can do in this situation. Ms. Grant Jonesboro, GA. Clayton County

To see if the Georgia Bar Association can help you pro bono counsel. Or seek legal if they can help you find a lawyer because a conflict of interest that prevents them from help. Another thing is to call the school closest to the law to see if they have student volunteers – the programs for customer support to assist you. If you still can not get a lawyer to help you, you must go to court when hearings are scheduled and tell the judge what happens. Tell the judge all the facts and circumstances around them trying to control their lives and take the children from you. If Georgia has a guardian ad litem program to help children in the event of divorce or care, ask the judge to appoint a guardian ad litem if it does not happen. The GAL is supposed to help what is in the best interest of the child. If you are in the best interest of children to be with you, then ask the guardian ad litem in writing and send it to court.
