Is there someone fimiliar assessment and property taxes in California?
I'm looking to move to California CT. Tax CT Land is by the Advisory Board. I did this for over 10 years. I am where I am now. I am in the process of obtaining certification in this case as an adviser and want to know what the qualifications are in California to be a consultant. Does anyone have useful information on assessment practices in California?
Each county in California has a county assessor. While they are regulated in their practices, I do not think that individual workers under license.
