Does anybody know the law in Maryland about “must appear” in Court for driving with a suspend license?
I revieved a citation in montgomery county while driving with a suspended licence.
the ticket says that i must appear in court.
please anybody help.
been there several times my self in m.d. also the 1st time i got a $100.00 dollar fine 2nd time got community service for a week 3rd time $150.00 fine and 10days in jail you know that each time you plead guilty you also get 12points which take 1yr from trial date to go away if you can get (ppj) probation before judgment do a little community service you will not get the points whatever the reason is for your suspension if you get all things in order before your court date and show the judge alls well again you should be o.k. you probably are now revoked in m.d. as well go to court don’t worry about a lawyer just talk to the prosecuting attorney save yourself some $ I’ve never had a lawyer and come out pretty good i live in Charles county which is known to be tough
