Pima County Recorded Documents

I need scanning/archiving software for a large company. Any experience?

Our company needs to find a more efficient way of storing our paper information and records. Currently we box them and send them to a company that charges 1.50 a month per box for ten years. Which, given the size of our company, and the amount of records we have is very pricey.

We were thinking of a software that archives. Basically scan and archive to be more cost effective.

Any one have any experience with this?

I know that our court system does this for legal/court documents (pima county superior and pima county recorders), but I am not sure how to go about getting that info.

Thanks!
