Where is the best place to watch the sunrise in Gwinnett County, GA?

If no Lanier, and then find a small lake somewhere. The Top of Stone Mountain if possible. That's part of what makes Easter Sunrise Service so special. If you can find a tall building with roof access, which can be treated well. Many could problems of responsibility to let people on your roof, so it could be a problem.
