can the Baldwin County Appraisal Department in Alabama trespass on your property?
Can an appraiser walk onto your property without your permission? Even if they have to open a closed,secured gate to do so?
How else are they supposed to appraise your property to levy taxes? Do you think you can get out of property taxes if you just forbid anybody to come on your lawn?
It’s not trespassing if they’re there for official business. You also can’t chase away the meter reader by accusing him of trespassing either unless you want your electricity and gas cut off.
