Pickens County Sheriff

treaspassing warning issued on my neighbors; now they have broke the windows in my car; cop said it’s my fau

have had trouble with these neighbors for some time now; so had a treaspassing warning issued for anyone in their house to stay off my property. went home last night and my car’s passenger windows are all broken out. called sheriff’s office to report the damage and although a investigation was started/filed the officer who came out said if I hadn’t issued the treaspass warning I wouldn’t have had to suffer the loss of the car windows…. can I file a complaint with the sheriff’s office or should I just let it go. I’m afraid more things will start to happen during the day while I’m at work. the neighbors don’t work; have master locks on all the doors and several windows have alumnim foil covering them. I’ve pointed out those facts to the local (PICKENS COUNTY) sheriff’s office and they seem to not see anything wrong,,,,,, I need any and all advice and help I can get. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

best bet is to install some cameras that can record your car, front area and back, that way if something happens and you get it on video the police will not be able to look the other way
