Buying a car with a lien sale?
I am interested in a car that is sold by a soldier with an embargo on sales … Does anyone know if ista safe to buy a car with a lean sales .. please help.oh by the way im in California, if that makes any diffrence.
You may want to contact with the lender to know for sure what the pay of the loan is, as you can not get the title in the car unless the lender / creditor interest issues in the car. The buyer should have no problem working with the lender, so you can get the title. If more than one registered owner interest is necessary to free them.
