doea anyone know whats going to happen with the property tax situation in broward county south florida , is it all talk that the are going to eliminate the proerty tax ,, im a new yorker thinking of moving to south florida and it seems to me that between the home owners ins and the property taxes that it is more expensive to live in florida then it is in new york ,, i guess i might end up in south charlotte ,, any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated on either south charlotte or south florida ,, my email address is dalmi343@yahoo.com thanks
The property taxes in Florida have been raising at a high rate, higher than the national average.
The Florida House just past a bill that would offer tax relief but they will raise sales taxes to offset it. It’s all up in the air right now and nothing has been settled.
