What is the Release process from the wake county Detention center?
My friend went to court from the detention center, because no one bailed him out after his arrest, and i havent heard from him yet. Its been 24 hours since his court date, so I am thinking he has to stay in jail.
He could have been denied bail, or he may not be able to post the bail that was set.
If he is an adult, you can call the detention center, they will advise what his bail is. If he is a juvenile, his information is confidential.
