It's my first time with my probation violated .. What I can expect?
I was put on probation for trying a fake check pawn broker. Well, I've lost my last couple of visits because of my long working hours, 12-14 hours a day, and I have requested my PO multiple times another appointment to come see him, but he has never returned my call. Anyway, finally went and saw a few days ago and told me that he has written papers that violate me. It's my first time getting violted and I am the only provider in my home. What I can wait, I'm a little nervous at this …. told us that the order should be active in about 10 days. I live in Polk County Florida.
Have time to serve the violation and the judge can impose the original sentence for which he received probation.
