looking for information on judicial case search for pennsylvania and north carolina?
in maryland there is a site: http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/processDisclaimer.jis
and this site lets you view all people mentioned in court cases. however the two states i want are: north carolina and pennsylvania however the ones i find you have to pay for and i am not doing that. so i did the search engine thing and nothing. is it possible that those states don’t list people who are named in court cases, is there a way to see all people named in all 50 states. i really need some help.
There is no site that contains that type of information, other than those for which you pay. Further, even among the sites with paid searches, there is no database listing litigants in all 50 states.
