What is the noise ordinace for residental home owners and their personal property? Fresno County?
My son has a band that practices at our home on a periodic bases. The neighbor called and reported that we were disturbing the peace. We live out in the county, the neighor that called the sheriff lives appx 1/8th of a mile away. We do not let the band practice after 10pm any time. What are our rights as homeowners?
