How long do you have before you’re sent to jail ?
if you were sentenced to jail at you’re hearing do you go in right away or do you have some time before you go in, especially if you were out on bail prior to your court date?

Depends on the charge. If you are found guilty of murder you will probably be taken in to custody as soon as you are found guilty. If you are found guilty of having a very small amount of pot in your possession you will probably be scheduled for your jail time. You really should have this discussion with your lawyer if you are in this situation.
