How do I find out if I am being sued in the State of Texas?
I would like to access FREE public records for Harris County, Texas, using my name or the name of the person allegedly suing me.
An Asian so-called attorney says I am beign sued for a financial debt and someone is asking for a judgement against me. So what does that mean anyway?
