How can I find public arrest records using FREE public info without having to pay an online search service?
I need to learn what official, public, or governmental websites I can use to look up arrest records. I don’t want to use the commercial look-up or find-people websites that charge a subscription fee. I want to use FREE online public information sites to find out arrest records in Tennesse and Texas. I want to do the research myself instead of having to pay a fee. Where can I access public records to help me find a missing family member? I need access to any public records which might help me find my daughter’s father who has been missing for nearly 3 years. You should search for court web sites for those states. I live in RI and the website here is www.courts.state.ri.us
