help with Female Sexual Harassment?
I have a problem with a co worker i had to file a Sexual harassment complaint against her then i was told to get voice evadance her talking about me with a recorder .
know am told its illegal to do so .
I live in the state of Alaska can some one tell me if its legal or illigal?
If you at work and you have other witnesses, you are covered.
If the workplace has security cameras in place and she touches you inappropriately, you should be covered if the cameras catch it.
If she sends you inappropriate emails, text messages, or pictures; you are covered.
Most states require at least one party in the conversation be aware of the recording device actively recording. I am not sure if Alaska is one of them or not.
