Tampa, Fl (channel 9) reported this news this am (09:30 6/29/07), that Pasco county has failed to collect over $800,000 in dumping fees when the same county is trying to raise taxes.

They also reported that a local Sheriffs dept. is dumping guns from the streets into the Gulf of Mexico, a $50,000 fine if YOU or I did it.

I heard somewhere that huge amounts of other FEES and FINES and TAXES are going uncollected that should not be.

If a Web site were developed to document these stories, got any idea what it would cost to maintain? Personal. Equipment. Space, Rent. Communication lines, etc.

IS there anything like this in a single place?
