Can hidden camera footage be used as legal evidence in texas?
my friend wants to install hidden cameras in her house to record all the bad things her parents do to her, is it legal to install them and can the footage be used as evidence in court?
I really don’t know honestly. But. I do know that everyone has always told me that if anybody is ever doing anything, get my phone or camera and get a video and call the cops. So… I’d assume that it could be evidence.
