Did the State of Ohio miss the opportunity for a good pun?

This death row inmate is 5’7″ and weighed 267. His lawyers argued that he was too fat to be executed using lethal injection, because they might not find a vein. The State argued to the contrary, and won.
Why didn’t they think of using the electric chair instead?

LOL, that is a good pun but then Ohio is a pun by itself. I was born in Akron and I’ve lived there for a good while. The legal system in south east Ohio is a joke to say the least. It has one of the most widely known speed traps in the country.
They can’t use the electric chair because Ohio has deemed it cruel and unusual punishment but then so was the murders of those two people that SOB murdered.
