W-2 is the only way for an employer should have to hire someone in Texas?
I was hired with a single form W-2 faxed to a CPA, no employment records are kept in the place of business. I would have been an I-9 as well. No? I was hired with only a W-2 form by fax to CPA, there are no employment records are kept in the workplace. I think it should have been an I-9 as well. Is this legal? Is this legal?
