surf naked? laws / penalties in Texas?
apparently a friend of mine was arrested by city police to surf in the buff … all idea of ??what kind of punishment you meet or what charges? and searchable public record anyway to see if it's true?
In First Texas, I believe that public nudity is not supposed to happen is a thriller. So, as the daughter of the secondary football shone a party, his name goes on the record and has some major problems as the rest of his life. Second, for those of you who surf, surf's really naked? It must hurt, man. I could not imagine the rash got to try to navigate without any protection. Unless the waves were small 2 footer and nothing happened. But the advice of your garbage? Ouch!
