Informal Hearing Process in Macomb, MI?
Hello everyone. I am a resident of Macomb County, MI. A few weeks ago, I received a ticket for "Making ignored a red light" (All the standard of morality aside, the light was yellow, not not speed.) I have a clean criminal record without a ticket when I was a teenager, and I am an EMS response for the state. I did Call the ticket for an informal hearing, and I wondered how this works? I know that the court will send me a court date, but what I expect and / or say when the time comes? The only real thing I'm interested in scoring points.
