I know every place is different. in my area, Whatcom County, Washington, I finally stabilized this year. at least the price continued to rise, and the properties are both on the market. is a complete turn around the last 2 years. Part PLS So if your area ~
Prices rose by over 40% of 2 years in a row. Now prices are stabilized and the houses are on the market for longer. Prices have not dropped, but with the increase in inventories, it is likely to occur soon.
