repair records for public roads?
This may be a tough question to answer.
Does anybody know if there are any records of repairs to public roads, and if they are available to the public? Specifically… my sister got a ticket for speeding in a school zone that said “Speed Limit 20 WHEN FLASHING.” It wasn’t flashing, and for two days it never flashed when it was supposed to. But now, it works like a charm and we think it may have been repaired.
So, is there a place we can find out if that was repaired by the city… and help her defense in fighting the ticket ??
