Comal County Jail

my friend has been in jail for a parole violation and we still do not have a court appointed attorney.?

Who do I need to get a hold of to get this case going. I live in New Braunfels Tx Comal county.
He has been in the jail over 100 days. He does have a felony. We need a court appointed attorney.

Ignore the other answers. They don’t have a clue. The U.S. Supreme Court has decided in two cases that charges of parole violations must be heard in a due process forum of some kind, and in a later case that violators are entitled to attorneys if they meet the requirements (indigent, unable to represent self, or case is complex for a non-lawyer).
