what proof in needed to legally drink in texas if supervised by your spouse?
We live in Texas and are married. I am 20 and he is 29. Does the state of Texas require proof of our marriage license? Does it have to the offical record or can it be a copy?
We have kind of a weird situation about that here in South Dakota. It is legal for a parent to take a minor into a dinking place, but only if they also serve food, and the minor is not allowed to drink.
Of course, we also had Bill Janklow as a Governor for 15 years, so God knows what other goofy laws are on the books here. LOL
