Class A misdemeanor dismissed can employers still see the record and if they can will they hire me?
I have a class A misdemeanor for criminal trespassing with a deadly weapon and I am trying to get a job in Austin TX. How do I answer the criminal background check questions because the charge was dismissed? I was charged in Texas.
