Texas free court record
Where do i find legal forms for Texas civil suit petition for discovery, trial by jury, judgement reduction?

HELLO AGAIN, THANKS FOR THE QUICK REPONSES AND WELCOME INFORMATION! I HAVE BEEN SUED, TOMORROW MORNING IN THE COURT DATE. I HAVE BEEN ILL AND HAVE NOT BE UP TO DEALING WITH FINDING MY OLD RECORDS ON THE DEBT. I BELIEVE 4 YEARS HAVE ELAPSED SINCE LAST CONTACT. I HAVE A QUESTION OR TWO. THE PLAINTIFF(THE ATTORNEY) LISTS THE CREDITOR (BANK OF AMERICA) AS THE “PLAINTIFF’S CONSIGNER”. DOES THIS MEAN THE CREDITOR RETAINED THIS ATTORNEY TO RECOVER THE DEBT? AND IF SO, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? AND WHERE DOES ONE FIND FREE LAW FORMS FOR TEXAS COURTS THAT ARE ACTUALLY FREE? I WANT TO PETITION THE COURT FOR A TRIAL BY JURY AND/OR REDUCTION OF THE DEBT WHICH HAS TRIPLED FROM THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OWED. I ALSO WANT TO PETITION FOR DISCOVERY, THE ACTUAL DATE I LAST DEALT WITH THE CREDITOR. WHERE DO I FIND THE FORMS? DO I REALLY NEED FORMS? HELP, TIME IS SHORT. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE !

Try Internet legal review group , www.ilrg.com/forms.html I just happened to have it bookmarked, and have found what I needed as well as links to other sites. Good luck.

Texas public arrest record
concealed handgun permit..Texas?

Im 35 and have been arrested about 15 times since the age of 18. They have all been either stupid misdemeanor public intox or the more serious stuff I was never convicted of. The worst of which was an assault. Never convicted of a felony. Anyway, I have a DWI on my record from 16 years ago but that is the only serious thing that stuck. Do I qualify for a concealed handgun permit in the State of Texas? Thank you.

You qualify for a CWL if your last Class A or B misdemeanor conviction was more than 5 years ago, and you are not a felon. I’ve included a link below for more information.

That said, you’ve been arrested almost once per year, on average, since the age of 18. Before deciding to carry a handgun, you need to take a serious look at the other choices you’re making in your life. Carrying is a huge responsibility, and those of us who do are held to a higher standard of conduct than the general public. Please don’t ruin it for the rest of us.
