I need a free title Search done for Carrizozo New mexico lots?
Hi, I’m willing to pay for this, but let me explain. I found an old Quit Claim deed from 1933 and I dont know if it’s worth anything or not. Again, I’m willing to pay for this, but don’t want to pay an arm and a leg because it might not be worth anything.. here’s the info you will need

You could go to the court house and look yourself, but that’s probably the only way you’ll get it for free.
Not that I could do, but if I was an abstractor, why would I want to do it for a stranger for free? Call a title company.
