I have a friend in need of a foster home in Ohio County.Toledo Lucas. Any suggestions? She lost her children last year and now has nowhere to go. She is in need of immediate help. Somewhere that can help you to stand. She has afraid to ask anyone, so I decided to help. She is failing here and there. She needs a program to help their children back, and to help drive his addiction to drugs.
