I need to knwo what type of lawyer to look for ….
I have been unwrongly termintated at my job for getting injured on the job .. I live in somerset county , NJ and I am being told that after 12 weeks on Workmans Comp then They might be able to terminate an employee … I was let go at 9-10 weeks .. Either way I want to talk to a lawyer but what kind of lawyer would this fall under ?? if anyone knows anyone near the county please suggest …Thanks
