Georgia Real Estate Records

I want to know if it's real asset investment offers are legit?

I saved some money while working abroad and have found some companies advertised on craigslist. I would like to run due diligence on them and see if their offers are reliable. One is in Florida and sell these condos. I have sent Email to some lawyers to ask if they be willing to see. However, I have received no response at all. The other is in Georgia. Advertising is credit to members. Co-signs a mortgage or something and makes a profit after a certain time. I ran both through BBB, but have not shown any record of them. I have sent email and simply say they are not BBB members but have a tax identification number and are registered the Secretary of State. How I can perform due diligence on these companies? Where to look for their background, business history, complaints against them, etc. Who would be willing to do that? Your response will be appreciated, Sincerely,

The real estate market in Florida is full of people sparkling more than happy to sell a property expensive. Dangerous in the market right now, be extremely careful. One of my clients got into a business where time is built the house, he already had more than $ 75,000 worth. The matter is probably Georgia actually illegal. "Credit Partners" sounds a pretty name for "straw buyers". You buy property, cash, a promise to rent or make payments, but you never see a dime. You end up with multiple executions. This is an investment rather scary, really. Proceed with extreme caution. And I firmly believe that the two options mentioned above that will cost tens of thousands of dollars lost.
