Will the court give a lie detector test?
My brother told me that my uncle was choked in the woods and a lot of shit (I'm on an iPod so do not go into detail.) who wants to press charges. Said my uncle said he is not going to believe a young child (he has done simalar comments my words) sudgested a lie detector. Our mother would not support getting your brother in jail and not pay for one. Does the court provide in Washington State (Snohomish County), if not, how much they cost?
Polygraphs are research tools. Courts are not investigative bodies. Police investigate. DA press charges. If the police want to take a polygraph brother, you can arrange at no cost.
