Buying a house in the land and building -> It's worth the pain?
Fairfax / Loudoun County, VA ??A new townhome costs 550K in Fairfax County SFH cost approx 700K. Loudoun County may be less 75k of townhomes and SFH least 100K. How / can save a person if you do all by itself assuming it doesn't find any flaws?
