Wednesday, October 22, 2008 • The man accused of raped, killed his little girl living in the county jail A former Massillon man convicted of raping and murdering his baby daughter was sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole. A Stark County Common Pleas jury recommended the death this morning at Jay L. Biggs, 24, of Clinton, after two days of deliberations. The sentence was imposed by Judge Charles Brown. Biggs was convicted earlier this month of June 2006 death of 4 months of his daughter, Jaydee. Why in the hell it took so long to condemn the waste of human flesh? http://www.cantonrep.com/

Because we liberals functioning of our courts, and everything possible to protect criminals. No death penalty? This is part of the problem. Some people think that people who commit murder should be punished by the death penalty because it constitutes "cruel and unusual punishment." Never talk about "Cruel and unusual punishment" for criminals gave their victims.
