business license for breeding small reptiles?
Hello, I am a new breeder of leopard gecko and hopefully african fat tailed geckos. I already have eggs incubating and am setting up a website. I am located in pennsylvania.
Here are my questions:
1. When do i need to get my business license?
2. Do i need a permit to breed and sell leopard and african fat tailed geckos?
3. What other licenses do i need?
Laws can vary from state to state, but I would think the only thing you would need would be a sales tax permit. Here in Texas, I got a DBA permit (doing business as) to register my business name and a sales tax permit to collect sales tax on my sales.
