a friend of my daughters was turned into children and youth services.can they talk to kids w/o her there?
they live in PA/Luzerne Co.
YES, they are allowed to go to the school, Daycare, etc. with out telling the parent they are doing so, and they don’t have to tell the parents after the fact either. I had a child i looked after tell me he had been talked to three day before and he hadn’t told his mother yet. the school doesn’t have to tell the parents and neither does DCFS.
