How would I go about doing a public records search for?
an investigation that was done nine years ago? I know that there was a court order issued at that time in Tulsa Oklahoma, but since then all the records have been moved to Oklahoma city. Any help would be appreciated very much.
I don’t have the money to pay someone else to do this for me.
