Filling out financial affidavit for divorce with zeros in Georgia?
The date is 13 March,2010. In the State of Georgia. When filing for uncontested Divorce pro se (self divorce) Both petitioners have amicably divided all assets in year 2000, two children are grown adults, and both petitioners, (husband & wife) have been separated over 10 years. Can the Financial Affivadit be filled in with zeros? Should a note of explanation be attached? Will a Fulton County Court accept this?
