Friend in Fl has felony drug conv, under probation. Arrested for DUI last night..any experience?
my friend is under probation in florida for felony drug charge from almost 2 years ago. he was arrested last night for a DUI which is a violation of his probation. anyone have experience with similar, so i know what to expect? real answers please, dont need smarty pants answers. i worry that he may get real jail time…but he has paid all fines off, done community service and has gone to all required meetings, reported to his PO. no other violations on his record….seminole county btw…thanks
will he at least get a release from jail, because that is where he is spending christmas, until a hearing and sentencing? or will he stay there? the website says ‘no bail available’, i dint know if thats because he violated his probation, or if its because of the holiday weekend. it also stated his time before a judge is 12-25-10…thats christmas, didnt think the courts were open on christmas. thanks u for the answers so far people. very much appreciated
It is a separate charge which will only require him to pay a fine and spend a night in jail
