What is the record of Paulson & Paulson law firm sueing the Orange County Sheriffs for excessive force?
I’m looking for an attorney to file a suit against the Orange County Sheriffs for Police Brutality/excessive force. I was charged with driving on a suspended license and being disabled with an above knee amputation I am on a fixed income and requested to serve jail time in lieu of fines. I was assaulted, 2 officers pinned me to the floor knees in my back cuffed me and together with 5 others repeatedly beat and kicked me for approx. 2 to 3 min.s then tazed me and I am still suffering serious pain in both arms from wrist to shoulder 2 weeks later. I was given the name of a local law firm Paulson & Paulson and wondered if anyone might have any information on them or any good lawyer that would take the case on contingency.
The Google argument “Paulson & Paulson” does get some hits. The practice in Santa Ana. They gave money to Edwards back in 04, so they may be Democrats. They also seem to specialize in DUI cases.
