Atascosa County Sheriff

What do you think Bexar County deputies hand 11 over to ICE?

Nearly a dozen suspected illegal immigrants were detained Friday after Bexar County Sheriffs deputies stumbled onto them.
The owner of a stolen car had reported that a GPS unit indicated the car was at the home on Jarratt Road, not far from where Medina, Atascosa and Bexar counties meet.

Arriving deputies said they saw several people running as they approached. Deputies rounded up 11 people and summoned U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, who took them into custody.

It was not immediately clear if those detained included the residents of the home or traffickers.

I am glad they caught them. Having someone steal your car disrupts your life. You have to spend money ona rental car or find another way to work, to buy your food, keep all your appointments. Wantinga better life is one thing.Stealing cars to transport others to wahtever city is not right.
