Trumbull County Ohio Septic Tank Laws?
I own my own property (No money owed on property) in Trumbull County Ohio and I was woundering what the laws where. My husband and I have 4 acres of land with a mobile home on it. We want to buy a better mobile home and replace it with the one thats on here now. Ore septic tank is working fine and we have no problems with it. My question is DO we have to replace the septic tank in order to put another moblie home on the land? I know the rules change alot but I really want to start looking for a better home. I just don’t want to have to pay 16-18,000 dollars for a new septic tank. If you know anything about this please give me any info you have. Thank you so much.
