“Trent Hill reports that the Taxpayers Party submitted paperwork to the Lousiana Secretary of State to nominate Ron Paul for president and Barry Goldwater, Jr. for vice president. Goldwater, Jr. accepted the nomination, and it is assumed that Paul will not reject it, based on his passive acceptance of a theoretical VP nomination in Virginia. Time will tell if the Taxpayers Party’s paperwork is accepted.”

I think it’s good, but the two parties seem to quickly forget when the voters leave to vote for a third party.
